At Rêve de Rive, each piece is made on demand in our Swiss atelier, crafted individually for you. As such, we are unable to accept returns or offer cash refunds. This is due to the intimate nature of swimwear and our commitment to producing responsibly—every item is made to order and cannot be resold.

We do, however, offer size exchanges to ensure the perfect fit.

Need a different size—or decided on a different piece that suits you better?

Simply contact us at bonjour@revederiveswimwear.com and we’ll assist you with the exchange process. We’ll even provide a complimentary return label and arrange a home collection for your convenience.

In the rare event of a fault or damage, please reach out to us as soon as possible, and we will ensure a swift resolution.

Gifts

If your item was marked as a gift and sent directly to you, your exchange will be issued as a gift credit once we’ve received the item.

We’re here to ensure you feel confident and comfortable in every piece—please don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions.

Each Rêve de Rive piece is carefully handmade in our Swiss atelier and undergoes a thorough quality check before leaving our atelier.

In the rare event that your item arrives with a fault, please contact us at bonjour@revederiveswimwear.com with your order number, a brief description, and a clear photo of the issue. Our team will be happy to assist you with a swift resolution.

If your piece was purchased from one of our official stockists or retail partners, we kindly ask that you reach out to them directly, as they will be able to assist you in accordance with their own policies.

We’re committed to ensuring your experience is as seamless as the craftsmanship behind every stitch.

Each Rêve de Rive piece is handcrafted in our Swiss atelier using high-quality Italian fabrics, selected not only for their beauty but also for their durability. With the right care, your piece will retain its fit, feel, and finish for years to come.

To preserve its shape and colour, we recommend the following:

• Rinse your swimsuit with cold water immediately after each wear.
• Machine wash at 30°C on a delicate cycle, using a small amount of mild detergent.
• Wash colours separately. Avoid using fabric softeners or heavy detergents, as they may affect the fabric’s appearance.
• Never tumble dry or leave your swimsuit to soak.
• Do not store your swimsuit while damp or inside a closed bag.

Additional care tips:

1. Heat exposure: Spas, hot tubs, and saunas can compromise both colour and fabric quality. Rinse thoroughly with cold water after use.
2. Sunscreen: Apply suncream before putting on your swimsuit and allow it to absorb fully. Certain creams can stain or weaken the fabric, especially on lighter colours.
3. Chlorine, salt and sun: All swimwear fabrics containing elastane may fade or lose elasticity over time when exposed to chlorine, seawater, and direct sunlight. We recommend rotating your swimsuits if worn frequently and following the above steps to prolong their beauty.

These effects are not considered faults but a natural result of wear over time.
